Get Pre-approved for a Home Loan

Before you decide to sell, research is your first step. Decide what your goals are, will you be buying up, down, or entering the rental market. If your plans involve a new purchase the first step is contacting a mortgage broker to find out what you can afford to spend and getting your pre-approval letter out of the way.

Can you handle the difference if you are planning to step up? Search the internet for homes for sale in your area and real estate ads in your local newspapers.
